Registration
To register for a program, please complete the Registration Form with the following information:

Payments may be made via cash, personal or certified checks, money order or through an Electronic Money Transfer.

Workshops and Private Instruction
Payment must be received a minimum of 1o business days prior to the start of the workshop to ensure that all required materials are available for the start of your training.

Baby Sign Language Level 1 & 2
Payments must be received a minimum of 12 business days prior to the start of classes to ensure that all required manuals are available for the start of your program.  Those whose payments are received between 1-11 days prior to the start of classes may need to wait for the second class to receive their manuals.

Waivers
All children participating in any of My Smart Hands London programs, are under your (parent/caregiver/educator) direct supervision.  You are responsible for your and their well-being and behavior.  All parents/caregivers/educators are required to fill in and sign a waiver before they and their child(ren) are permitted to participate in any of our programs.

Class times, length & scheduling
Please note class times and duration are subject to change depending on number of registrations.
Classes may be canceled and rescheduled due to low enrollment or other issues.  In the event of  class cancellation or rescheduling clients will be notified by email: therefore please ensure to check your email just prior to start time on the scheduled day of class.  Also when registering for a class or workshop (where applicable) please be sure to allow a minimum of an additional two weeks for unforeseen delays such as weather or instructor illness.

Due to young ages or developmental levels, some children will not tolerate participating in an activity for a long time, and for some, 30-45 minutes may be unattainable. Please be sure that you have a toy(s) for your baby/child in case this occurs.

All programs are inclusive and 8 week programs also qualify for the Childrens Activity Tax Credit!

Cheques
A service charge of $30 will be assessed for all returned checks

Refunds

A full refund (less the 50% fee) must be requested a minimum of 7 days before your scheduled program.  There will be no refunds issued after the first day of classes.  (Administration fees may apply to refunds)
There are no refunds for missed classes, however, if class is canceled by the instructor you will be offered a make-up class.

Dicounts
When discounts are offered only one discount per client please.  Unless otherwise stated discounts are on services only and can not be used in combination with any other offer.
